Context: Individual project for SKIL1 combining software and hardware to solve a real-world IoT challenge.

Goal: Welcome system using face recognition, light control, and notifications via SMS/email.

Set up Raspberry Pi and light sensor.

Real-time alerts via Twilio (SMS) and Gmail (SMTP).

Context: Group project for the SKIL1 “Professional Skills” course.
Goal: Create a serious pixel-art game to help prospective students choose a Thomas More IT/ICT program.

Developed the narrative and storyline.
Designed visual direction and user experience in Unity.

Group project for SKIL2 – building a system for the International Office to simplify admin processes for new international students. Based on an inherited concept, our team restructured and modernized the entire approach.

We followed Agile methodology, using Jira for sprint planning and retrospectives.

Highlights: smooth team coordination, open feedback, consistent progress review.

As Scrum Master, I facilitated sprints, coordinated the team’s direction, and led retrospectives. I also oversaw updating the analysis, UML diagrams, data models, and guided the Figma design and PHP page development.

This IoT-based project automates an aquarium: feeding fish, controlling a lamp, filling the tank, monitoring depth, displaying data on an LCD, and live-streaming the aquarium remotely via Remote.it.

Built the complete system and connected all electronic components.
Wrote Python code to control pump, lamp, feeder, and depth sensing.
Designed a live-streaming web interface using Flask and OpenCV.
Configured Remote.it for remote access to the Raspberry Pi camera.

This Weather Station measures temperature, pressure, and light levels using an ESP32 and displays live sensor data on a local website. Historical data is logged to the Ubidots platform, which also handles email notifications for sensor events.

I designed the full system architecture, connected sensors, coded the ESP32 logic in C++, set up web visualization using HTML/CSS, and configured the MQTT protocol with Ubidots.

A complete IoT system that collects environmental data and shares it both locally via an embedded web server and remotely through Ubidots. I also built email alert capabilities and a clean web interface showing real-time values.
